The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program offers a scientifically designed approach to enhancing bone strength and health. It aims to effectively stimulate and support the integrity of your bones, particularly benefiting the hips and lumbar spine over a comprehensive 52-week program.

ONE: Prepare

Commence your journey with the OSTEO-GAINS Pre-Conditioning Get Ready Program for the initial four weeks. This phase involves engaging in sessions lasting 20-30 minutes, scheduled three times weekly, to prepare your body for the main program.

TWO: Stretch

Following each Pre-Conditioning session, participants are encouraged to engage in the OSTEO-GAINS Stretching Program to facilitate optimal muscle recovery.

THREE: Perform

The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program is uniquely structured to be conducted barefoot and operates in 4-week blocks. Each session is repeated for four weeks before advancing to a new set of exercises.

This progressive and repetitive program incorporates osteogenic exercises that require merely 2-3 minutes daily, allowing participants to conveniently integrate them into their routines.

Throughout the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program, individuals will follow a meticulously structured exercise regimen that increases in difficulty over the course of one year. The routine comprises specific jumps and jump landings, based on research indicating a significant improvement in bone health among premenopausal women—ranging from 3.5% to 5% over 12 months—for those who adhered to the exercises for just a few minutes each day.

The development of the 12-month OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program is grounded in thorough research that measured compliance and techniques, resulting in notable improvements in lower body bone health among participants.

This program serves as a supplementary osteogenic exercise regimen specifically targeting bone health and can seamlessly integrate with one's existing exercise routines.

PROGRESS

Participants are encouraged to monitor their progress throughout the 52-week duration of the program.

DEXA Scan

For optimal results, it is advisable to undergo a DEXA scan prior to commencing the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program. This scan provides a benchmark measure of current bone health, facilitating ongoing tracking of changes over time.

To ensure continued maintenance of bone health, an annual subscription to the accompanying app is recommended.
